How to cancel Hand & Stone subscription in easy steps

Here is how you can cancel your membership with Hand & Stone. All cancellations must be done at the spa level. You need to contact customer service on their official email or their telephone or visit their website.

To cancel over the phone, dial 1-866-889-7866. You can also email [email protected] and request them to cancel your Hand & Stone membership.

Alternatively, you can follow these steps on their website.

1. Visit www.handandstone.com.

2. Click on "Contact Us" on the bottom left side of the page

3. Follow the prompts to choose your home spa.

4. Select a reason for contact. If you choose cancellation, a manager will reach out to you.

5. Speak to the manager and tell them you want to cancel your Hand & Stone membership.

6. After the call, the manager will send a termination form to your email for you to sign and return.

Note: The spa requires a 30 days notice period to process your cancelation request. You have a period of 90 days to sign the termination form and use your remaining packages before they expire. However, any reward points will expire immediately.
