How to cancel PureGym subscription in easy steps

There are two main ways to cancel your PureGym membership:

• Online: This is the easiest method. Here's how to do it:

  

  1. Log in to the PureGym Member's Area https://www.puregym.com/login/.

  2. Select "Manage" in the "Your Gym Pass" section.

  3. Choose "Freeze or Cancel Your Membership" and follow the steps to complete the cancellation.

• Contact Member Services: If you're unable to cancel online, you can reach out to PureGym's Member Services team via email at [email protected] and request a cancellation.

Important things to remember:

• Cancellation notice period: Notify PureGym at least 4 working days before your next payment is due to ensure no further payments are collected.

• Fixed-term memberships: For these memberships, you'll need to contact Member Services to cancel.

• Direct debit cancellation: If online cancellation isn't possible, you can cancel your direct debit with your bank. However, make sure to do this at least three working days before your next payment.
