1. Navigate to the Strava website and log in.

2. Click your profile image and select Settings.

3. Under 'My Account,' navigate to 'Membership Status' and proceed to cancel the membership.

4. Select Downgrade to the free plan.
5. On the next screen, click on why you want to downgrade.
6. Next, remove your credit card and/or delete your account fully from Strava.

1. Go to your iPhone Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store
