1. Log in to your Viki account.
2. Go to your profile in the top right corner.
3. Select 'Subscription & Settings' from the dropdown.
4. Click on 'Cancel Plan' next to your subscription.
5. Answer the survey question and confirm by clicking 'Yes, please cancel'.

1. Go to your iPhone Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store
