How to cancel WP Engine subscription in easy steps
Cancelling a subscription service that you no longer need just became so much easier.
1. Log in to the User Portal.
2. Select 'Billing'.
3. Click 'Invoice'.
4. Click 'Cancel Account'.
5. Select an appropriate reason for cancelling.
6. Check the box for I acknowledge that I have downloaded the backups I need from any of the sites listed on the right and understand that after I close this account, I will not have access to backups in the user portal for this account.
7. Click 'Cancel Account'.
