How to cancel Questar Gas subscription in easy steps

Questar Gas, now known as Dominion Energy in Utah, offers a couple of ways to cancel your natural gas service:

1. Online:

• Visit Dominion Energy's website for Utah: https://www.dominionenergy.com/utah/billing/pay-my-bill

• Go to the "Start, Stop or Move Service" section https://www.dominionenergy.com/utah/start-stop-service

• Select "I want to discontinue service at my address."

• Follow the prompts to choose a shut-off date. Be aware that any renewable energy programs you're enrolled in will also end on that date.

2. Phone:

• Call Dominion Energy's customer service department. The phone number should be on your billing statement or you can find it on their website under the "Contact Us" section https://www.dominionenergy.com/utah/customer-support.
